The worse part of it all is I know there is no need to be panicked and feel sick and shaky like I do now. Even hearing someone else move to go to bathroom a min ago had me feeling even worse. Trying to make myself calm down so I can actually sleep. And annoyingly I know that when I do fall sleep and wake up in morning il wonder why I got into such a state for and writing nonsense here to

Been coping best I can for last wee while and tonight have a family get together and before the very first person come I was feeling panicked and sick and they only been here a hour and it won’t go away [emoji21] try to escape best I can and go to my own room but i can’t fully settle and I hate the fact that I know it’s nerves and it still doesn’t stop it. Family away for weekend from tomorrow to so have the hens to do myself Sunday and Monday which isn’t helping. To normal people that’s not a big thing at all but to me it’s driving me mad

Have appointment with a mental health doctor that I saw back in March. He’s coming to see me at home on the 21st jan. haven’t had to take my back up diazepam syrup since summer and even then was only a little but have had to resort to half a spoon tonight just to see if it eases me

I dont know if this will help, but when I go through a tough time, I get through it by thinking "this time next week..." This time next week all the visitors will be a memory, they will be thinking about their own lives, probably not even remembering the family do.

Thank you

Have lots grass here just cause had so little ewes as sold a chunk in September and had them away to winter grazing for last month or more. Now lots grass at home and currently noting to graze it. Feels all very odd to me as this time year I haven’t grazed a blade of grass in home fields since usually October and usually all grass saved till turn out with lambs. Now with the ewes I have I won’t need much grass for them when they lamb

I hope to introduce some cattle onto farm in next few weeks but at the min it feels very very very far away

Hi Wil, have you thought about getting some rare breeds?. They would be more of a personal thing for you, there are lots of them that cover all of the stock that farmers have, and it seems that a more personal, friendly type of relationship can be bonded with them .

Was watching Countryfile this morning, and the presenter Adam was with the vet on his farm , he has of rare breeds that his father started, when handling them as he did with his poultry, it was very easy for him,he has such a wide variety.

It could work for you,and I hope you are OK when your visit is over from the Doctor.

Sometimes it is hard, like I have said I suffered with deprsssion and still do at times , trouble is when I started with medication I was placed on a high dose, and now I want to try and get off it,but it will be very hard after the long time I have been prescribed them.

On an up note, it is my wife's 70th birthday today, the family will be coming for dinner( Roast Pork ) , and then I am off for my CT scans later on .
We just have to hang on in there, and keep talking to your loved ones, don't shut them off, I made that mistake for a bit, but without them it would get worse.
Regards
