They way the top level option seemed to work did sound quite advanced. It uses compressed air to purge the system, removing nearly all liquid from the sprayer. A subsequent rinsing therefore has very little dilution of existing chemical. You have two pumps, the main one and one that only has clean water going through it. The clean water one starts by rinsing the system and then the main one takes over, although I'm not super clear on this bit. As each part of the plumbing system is cleaned it shows a progress bar on the screen until everything is cleaned. With the LT the cleaning cycle happens pretty much at the touch of a button.

That's how it was explained to me anyway.
We have the compressed air, but no "program" like you describe (as far as I know anyway). We have never been able to get the compressed air thing to do anything meaningful, and that was with the dealer in the tractor trying to make it work. I look forward to having someone show me how to operate it, as in theory it sounds great.

I'm writing this from my four poster

Now if you were a 'proper' farmer you would be out every morning feeding and bedding down some cattle to make sure you are producing lots of lovely organic matter to spread onto your land ,,,,,, but I suppose that's the lifestyle difference between a solely arable man and then someone like me who has cattle to think about all winter ,,,,,,, Everyday they are bedded down and fed twice a day ,,,, probably find a few hours to ourselves midday at a weekend

Different worlds and i have the utmost respect for you guys who work so hard with livestock.
On the other hand it works in different ways, a good friend of mine has livestock and he's always got girls coming to look at lambs or calves. They don't seem so interested about coming to see my winter beans.....

It's one of the reasons why my favorite month is June , cattle are out in the fields , crops have grown and once t3 is on then my time is my own ,,,,,,,,, apart from a weeks hay making ,,,,,, 2nd cut silage ,,,,, cleaning grain stores ,,,,, servicing combine ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I heard they were just afraid of meeting your father with his gun whilst wearing only flip flops.
