Fendt 720 dpf removal

Has anyone had the dpf removed on this series of fendts. Anyone had success From removing the filter or has it been a problem?

I dont know, they re-mapped my NH but know they do a lot of lorries, think there was a court case somewhere long the line hence why you see a disclaimer saying for offroad vehicles only.
Give them ring, I got their number from my local NH dealer, it's who they use when needed.

Derv Dr has done some Fendt 7** & 8** series of varying ages dpf delete - late stage 4 & 5 require the ECU to be flashed on the bench rather than the OBD port, give him a call.

We have just had the dpf removed and the egr blanked on my wife's BMW x3 3.0d, the dpf had got so badly blocked that it struggled to reach 30mph and in the end it would not rum for long but now after having all that done it has never run so well

That'll be all good provided the "cut and shut" on the DPF housing is not within the viewing range of a discerning MOT tester and the re-map takes it into account...

We will see at mot time, the remap was to allow for the removal of dpf and egr not for any extra power as it has 220,000 miles on it but it just feels so willing and free running!
