Fendt spares for Iceland.

Anyone know of a supplier of new and/or used parts for Fendts that would send stuff to Iceland. When I was up there the farm I was at had a couple of break downs on their machine and there was no spares in the country, had to get sent up from the uk through their dealers, but I think they are taking the pee out of them on the prices. There's a fair number of them up there and it could be a good market. Word wouldn't take long to spread, as they all know each other!

Probably find that the prices are still far cheaper in the UK than any of the Scandi countries. Enough to makeup for any difference in shipping, especially if you can spread that over a decent sized order.

I was just checking on the VAT situation as Iceland isn’t in the EU but in EFTA.

Just spotted your post. Fendt spare parts prices are absolutely ridiculous. I have an old 275S and needed some front axle spare parts. Was quoted £18 for a shim washer that sets up the king pin bearings. Found exact size on eBay for 65P each ! In the end, parts that Fendt quoted £1,675 to supply, I found for just under £600 by spending a bit of time online.
