Ferguson 3 fer plough disc arm lot of play

We’re the arm that hows the disc on goes through the sleeve on the frame mine had fully worn out what is the best way to replace the sleeve

Get some decent quality steel tube, 4mm wall thickness, I cut the disc arm in half, that way you can clean the tube out and grind down the welds etc. Then weld it all back up, drill and tap and put a grease nipple in.
Youll more than likely find the disc arm shaft is worn too, you can cut and weld a fresh bar section in its place.
I have done all the above on numerous Fergie match ploughs and never had an issue, no play after 5 seasons use.
