Have a look on YouTube or google it usually lots of good information/videos

Check the pedal free play should be roughly ⅜ and adjust accordingly if it's snatchy could be a sign of oil ingress
hi .not sure wot you mean free play ? doesn't snatch just won't grip if that makes sence ? Will stand still pretty much when you let cluch out then slowly moves but won't move on any incline .regards r... ps where do we adjust? thanks .

When you press the clutch by hand
The 1st 10-20mm of travel should 'free play' ie easy to press until you feel the load come on the pedal
Almost taking the slack up so to speak

The bolt holding the cluch pedal to the shaft undo that and turn the cross shaft then tighten the pinch bolt until you get the correct free play this should sort your issue

Has the clutch pedal been adjusted as time went on...to keep clutch working ..you may have oil on the actual clutch plates ....oil dripping from the pin in under where clutch plates would be ?

Just a word of advice re the pinch bolt, when you do it up, do it up tight and then tighten it some more!!
A chap I used to match plough with adjusted his clutch up and tightened the bolt up, it was fine to pull away, he loaded it onto his trailer, put his foot on the clutch to stop it where by the pedal spun on the shaft and the tractor went off the front of his trailer and into the back of his tow car, smashed the tailgate/rear window etc.

many thanks everyone all sorted.. problem was has everyone has said no free play in pedal . I adjusted it like you guys said and works 100 % I will check bolt again has don't want it sliping on spline.. thanks once again stay safe kind regards Richard...
