Fert spreading per hour

£11ha here, can usually cover 60-80ha a day loading myself even at 500kg/ha. If there’s any distance to travel though I insist on fert and loading in the field.
GPS 24m spreader with section control and weigh cells.

A good day spreading in decent field sizes can be over £100 hour, it’s is easy money. ?

Everyone works per hour and tractor hours are clocked that way, too. I would charge per hour, however many acres you cover is then irrelevant.

Of course the rates appearing in the yellow peril and AAC book are what should be charged per acre, but you won't get £5/acre for spraying around here.
