Not everyone has bought, a fair bit still to be done, imported is a lot dearer now.

That's not the way it works.
When just about everyone had bought they don't need to be chasing orders for the rest by slashing prices. That only happens after April/May when most of it has been applied.

First year in a while it will have paid of to book early.
