Fertiliser Price Tracker

We are definitely seeing a global downward correction on urea prices and in the next few weeks it could be a very good buying opportunity. There are a few factors to bear in mind. There are problems loading urea vessels at Chinese ports, which will cause problems for India; India will probably tender for additional urea before the end of Sept; Brazilian and European demand is likely to emerge in October and for the UK there is the Brexit factor. If no deal then 6.5% duty will be applied and sterling is likely to fall further. If we don't and a deal can we agreed, then expect the pound to rally.
