it shows no signs of stopping any time soon
Nearly cheaper to apply N as AdBlue at that!CF Nitram could be £600/t by end of play today.
Just spoke to rep £518 but he says nothing came out of cf since goverment money was introducedCF Nitram could be £600/t by end of play today.
I have found this the way to go, mentioned to another farmer locally and he tried it and also found it beneficial. Larger lump early doors then a little and often after.I am a fan of a big dose early, especially on heavy land where drilling is delayed. This has shown to be very beneficial in getting the crop moving and building biomass. Also when we have a dry early spring (more regularly now) front loading helps. From then on we should get smarter. Maybe this price of N will drive that? The use of N-Testers, leaf analysis, foliar N, timings & rates of N, etc, etc
Are they producing the nitrogen or just the co2 and ammonia to sell on the market ?Just spoke to rep £518 but he says nothing came out of cf since goverment money was introduced
