Yara 30n 10s £625 spring price
46%£100 off this afternoon £590 here. Would rather it starts with a 4…. Not impossible now
Origin AN £350 that day for OctoberOut of interest, does anyone recall what the fert price was when they shut down
Nitram
Was 34.5% nitram at £690?£100 off this afternoon £590 here. Would rather it starts with a 4…. Not impossible now
Happy to say, clearly, you guys have been and always perform like a proper buying group, offering options and ideas for members. Some others seem to be blurring the line between merchant and group.I would just like to respond to the comment about buying groups advising not to buy. Since June, we have been clear in our message of adopting a "risk management" strategy when buying fertilizer as global data regarding supply & demand, freight issues and raw material costs have been an undeniable fact, influencing the price of fertilizers. Members ultimately make their decision to buy or not, but I feel it is absolutely my responsibility to deliver an opinion based upon facts supported by experience rather than emotion. Something to do with the government giving them the co2 brown envelope !!!! and thisWas also told that there's a very limited tonnage available.
Seems strange to me that they are suddenly cheaper than imported
Probably to stick two fingers up at importers, can’t get imported near that level. Was also told that there's a very limited tonnage available.

Probably trying to undo some of the PR damage caused by stopping production as they did.Probably to stick two fingers up at importers, can’t get imported near that level.

Agreed. This move is one of the most ridiculous I've seen yet from CF. Tax payers picking up the bill.Yara increase the price in France this morning by 10 euros. Basically £690 for extran.
Indian only secure 483k tonnes at $900ish fob still 3million tonnes short before feb.
CF released limited volumes of product, £100 less than industry expects making them the cheapest AN on the planet.
every thing is firm except CF…….
spent the afternoon scratching my head trying to see what I have missed, came to the conclusion that I’m going to ring them in the morning and ask them to share the drugs……
suggest you all ring your favourite CF supplier tomorrow and buy some tonnes.
Very good value for tax payers !Agreed. This move is one of the most ridiculous I've seen yet from CF. Tax payers picking up the bill.
I also think there will be some angry farmers that felt forced into covering Nitrogen at much higer levels over the last few weeks, than this new offer by CF's refusal to engage with their distributors over their plans for returning to the market or not..... Whilst taking taxpayers money and forcing their industrial CO2 buyers to pay huge increases.Oh dear the only ones angry with CF seem to
be the dealers with dearer imported to sell.
Such is life.
