Urea at £735 compared to AN at £635

£735 / 46 x 34.5 = £551 = Urea being 15% advantageous

Urea treated at say £770 means AN should be £577.50 = treated Urea being 10% advantageous

Tbh I'd take the straight urea, but I'm short on sulphur so will be after some piamon a bit later on. Might see if my brother wants to share a load.

Just bought enough N @ £635 to grow grass this summer. with lots of help from cow slurry
Average price for what we have spread this summer £405

Reckon surplus silage could be in demand next spring as all these folk who have cut back on fert find they are short of fodder.
