When weather changes, properly go totality other way, still be sort on grass.

Won't come out till June this year reckon,they'll be waiting for late spring flush of orders. Big importer on the Humber let on they were struggling to get paid for delivered product already

That's perfectly plausible, I've bought both products for those sort of prices in the past. Urea a tenner less and blue bag a tenner more.
