I was disappointed with amount of N available from digestate this year. Perhaps it was just the cold spring. Worth it for P & K though.

Even wheat already planted on marginal owned land, what price do imports hit before its better to just leave it and start again in the spring. Lot if setups are planting wheat relatively cheap per acre now so not a huge huge commitment yet

Not with what some of the veg/maize/spud boys are paying in some areas to take land on in the spring..... if you can cope with someone else farming your land

Well around us the growers seem to be putting spuds maize and veg on any old poor land they can get thier hands on that isnt even well suited for cereals. But then yes you risk a mess on your land with harvest

Will there be spare crop to import ? How many ha will just be left fallow if N prices don't drop?
