That’s crazy. No wonder fields looked so green on dairy farms when I was a nipper!!I have just been to the start of my sage system;
AN del 31/3/99 = £70
Wheat loaded 1/4/1999 = £69

Depends which news outlets you follow. GBnews seems to be reporting quite widely the upcoming economic meltdown.
Starting to see bits on youtube such as this, Australian TV is at least showing awareness of how critical the N situation maybe (even if it's not a serious news program).
Viva la revolutionThose French love a good riot!!
I don't think the world has yet realised there's going to be a large drop in production , they will later this year

It’ll make a few of us chuckle thoughBUT l will be really pissy, if fert drops back down to £4/500 again !
At this rate, the pigs will be worth keeping just as fertiliser producersBut will the neighbour still have any pigs next year? Its looking fairly desperate.
There’s two types,I never have used liquid fertiliser, does it come in drums which you add to the water in the sprayer,or is it bulk liquid which you fill the tank with ? At what price for prills will the liquid become a viable alternative? Sorry for so many questions in one post.
My dad asked me a couple of years ago how much was I paying for nitrogen. He laughed and said he could remember when 20-10-10 was 17 pounds a ton and wheat was 27. But you got a subsidy on you fertilizer of I think he sad 7 pounds a ton. Golden days but sh1t loads of hard graft.I’m sure the first tonne of fert I ever bought was £83 for imported AN in 2000
GB news is opinions from a very small section of people living in an echo chamber who are contrarian for the sake of being contrarian. The likes of Lawrence fox, james dellingpole, Julia Hartley brewer are all of that ilkDepends which news outlets you follow. GBnews seems to be reporting quite widely the upcoming economic meltdown.
