There's definitely not sheds bulging at the seams with N they want out.

Nitram I ordered 2 weeks ago won't be delivered until next week. Waiting for boat to come in.

I'm wanting it to go on grazing land and for 2nd cut silage. Which @£650/t is just going to 🔥 money. Unless fat price rises.

Ah we will have the "British Production Suppliment". A flat rate £100/ac for all lowland, and a headage payment for stock. This will require much govt expenditure on a brand new IT solution, outsourced to an IT company via its Cayman Island subsiduary and featuring the patronage of many ex-MPs on its board.
Scottish NFU proposing something very similar! (no post brexit policy has been announced yet up here)

I had my cattle for today postponed until Friday. I enquired the price for this week as I booked them in a couple of weeks ago and was told them had held the price but the pressure is downwards.
It might be different in your neck of the woods.
On thread though, Hutchinsons said yesterday that they had some Nitram for £715/t still available.

When asked why the price of fertiliser had risen so much he said it was the price of gas and the increase in crop prices as they are ‘closely correlated’ his words.

Fertiliser costs have tripled, warns industry chief

Aside from the impact of Russia's war on harvests and exports, there's a further threat to global food supplies: fertilisers.
Svein Tore Holsether, president of chemical and fertiliser company Yara International, warns some fertilisers have tripled in cost, putting them out of reach of some farmers.
He told BBC Radio 4:

What we are seeing in the recent months or you now for some parts of fertiliser it has tripled in cost. That is a consequence both of availability of fertiliser but also because crop prices have moved up which links very closely to the cost of fertiliser.
Going forward it is difficult to say but we are definitely in for a very volatile market for the next months and years.
Half of the world's population gets its food because of fertiliser and when farmers don't get access to that or only a limited part of it then there is a direct impact on the harvest.
It is really important that corridors are opened so that grain can move from Odessa to the rest of the world so that if there are significant crops in Ukraine this year it is possible to move towards other parts of the world.

He mentions the "cost" of fertilizer when its only economic relationship to the value of crops is its price.

When I first started, "triple super" simply referred to the product.
