Fertiliser tank internal painting?

Not sure where to post this so feel free to move if necessary.

I’m looking for a company who can paint/treat a steel tank to be used for liquid fert storage. The tank is vented etc but they must have all the systems/due diligence/method statements/ insurance etc in place as well as safety equipment. It’s a horizontal tank so there’s no elevated work.
