so how come gas prices have jumped as much as they have
there’s a big gas terminal near that has a pipeline to England
or is it like most things in this country been sold off, and then we get screwed buying the product back off a foreign company

Gas storage is the big UK issue.
Our capacity has been allowed to shrivel in the drive for more renewable sources

Blimey ... I knew it was low but not this bad

Apparently we only have 9 terra watt hours of storage (2% of annual demand) compared to 168 two hrs for Italy and 151 for Germany

Filled up at a Asda fuel station before the 'fuel shortage' @ 132.7 filled up the week after the panic buying at same price and it's still that price now, others around are upto 10p dearer so there must be alot of profiteering
Of course they are! Supply and demand. Only when demand drops (so all the silly eejits that panicked buy) need a reality pill! Don’t panic and supply will be sufficient

My tenancy agreement expressly states that I can’t apply sewage sludge here. Given the heavy metals and micro plastics that come with it, maybe the landlord isn’t so daft in not wanting his asset contaminated?
What is digestate like...?

Sure I have seen that some units are using out of date foodstuffs and the like, and not so good at cleaning up the plastics beforehand?
