Festival looking for site in SW

New summer-camp come festival is looking for a 20-30 acre site in the South West to start in 2020. Demographic is Christian summer camp aged 12-18, with no live music in the evenings. Event will be in July, with a 10 day build, 4 day event and 7 day pack-down, fields will have to be pasture.

Site must have good transport links, be 20-30 minutes from a train-station and the owner invested in the long-term, client is willing to invest in infrastructure to make the site work with the right agreement.

We’ve had similar events (Spree) here where I work, could mention it to my boss as I know it’s their last year here, and if he is worried about hosting something again.
