Field gone from my claim!

I've just been looking at my BPS online summary and noticed a field has somehow dissapeared from my land page, can I add it back on myself or will I need to submit an RLE1 form?

I'm sure it was there last time I checked, surely there should be some record of what they've done with it

Had the same issue in 2017. RLE1 form. Do it now, email it marked urgent and post a copy too. Theres a good probability that the field will re appear in your bps by 15th may if you do.

You might be able to add it back by email, according to the web site, but personally not tried it

I had one added back by making a phone call, it was sorted in a few days. Just called the normal number, may depend if you speak to someone helpfully or not

I've just had a reply to my email to say it's been added back on today!
