Yes exactly, possession is 9/10th's of the law!!! Am not sure what will happen re sub free sites guess they will be long term investors on PPA's and constructors who do planning/build then sell on.
Ours hopefully will be built out this Spring and currently exploring another 40MW on farm which I will be much more involved in which should be very interesting but early days yet, a lot of ducks to line up.

If you need any help with any of those projects then let me know. 40MW is a good size.

PPA for long term investment is the way to go for sure.
