Who is best to approach for land purchase money.

Bank,AMC etc.

They are just all money shops.

farmer are complaining than the banks are not keen to do business ,Farmers are struggling with most of big 5 banks, overdrafts. land purchase

Difficult to get interest only loans now though as many consider the land price is at its peak.
Plenty will lend the money if you already have assets!

In our locality land peaked two years ago.

I’d say it’s now a buyers market with land only selling where there is demand.

Other parcels are just not selling full stop.
