I'm in the process of changing our silage system. We currently share a SP forage harvester with 2 other parties. The set up worked great 15 years ago but as we all have cut more and more acres its putting too much pressure on the system. We've agreed to buy a 2nd hand wagon that is perfect for us and the other 2 have decided to sell the chopper at the end of the season.

Our share in the chopper would cover the cost of the wagon fully but we have to put the money down for the wagon and wont sell the chopper until October. Does anyone know of a lender that could give us something like a bridging loan to tide us over for a couple of months? The best the bank could do is 12months of monthly installments

Most finance companies would . They might have a minimum term though 6-12 months maybe.Peragrine finance is who I’ve used in past. Costs nothing to ask.
