In My nordsten and now fiona DR I have done such a modernization. The cost of about 2.5 pounds in Poland you only need to cut the circle by 2mm

Going to measure shafts tommorow on amazon ,and see if same as fiona ,,if so will ask tim smith how much seed cogs are

Amazone has a different roller. They only fit Polish seeders or fortschritt. At the beginning I bought the covers but I was not satisfied. So reworked wheels of the drill poznaniak
Overlays can be purchased without any problem

Had a look through the box, I've 90 'fingers' plus 21 pegged rollers and 6 fluted rollers. Would sell any or all.

When I fitted these small seed attachments i noticed it is putting more pressure on the drive mechanism, so I have removed.
Has anyone else noticed this problem ?

I don't remenber it being a problem, have you a picture of how you fitted them?

i didnt take a picture but i fitted them as in the manual (see attached diagrams from left to right), the opening between the segments on the inside and they turn with the regular seed wheel until they lock in position.
The intermediate wheel (big wheel driving the Gear wheel on sowing shaft start) jumping cogs. I was turning by the hand level to check everything.
This was not a problem when only 10 attachments were fitted, it became a problem when they were all fitted.

I have the small seed inserts somewhere for my Nordsten piggyback. Drill is being scrapped so all parts available. Be quick before the scrapman gets it.
