Are artic loads of cordwood now mainly sold by the tonne , rather than the cu mtr allowing so much for air?
My gripe is that buying it by the tonne one is paying for a certain amount of water if freshly felled which most is.
26 tonne of cord delivered by artic today , if hauled out by the same artic
next November no way will it weigh 26 tonne.:cautious::cautious:

Great thank you I'd appreciate that,i would take 2/300 tonnes if it made it more tempting.

Not a question of being tempting its just that a lot of clients no longer harvest during the nesting season. Might have some thats already been felled from the beast from the east. Just have to convince them it will be better to remove rather than leave for conservation.

Oh right I see,I had 100 tonne ordered off my regular man to come November just gone but he's gone bust apparently and won't answer the phone, so I'm using my 12 month seasoned wood with none in store for next season yet!trying to get organised but it never seems to be that easy!
