Fishing lakes for rent, N.Essex / Suffolk?

I am interested in potentially renting a small water within North Essex, Tendring or Suffolk. Ideally a reservoir between 2-4 acres, but anything considered. We are a group of between 5-10 experienced, respectful anglers looking for exclusive use of a venue to develop into a private fishery. Priority given to a water with existing carp stock.
