Just watching bbc news ,the army putting up flood defences, A plastic sheet cliped to a metal frame in the middle of a field ,,I wonder if the hedge was going to stop any water getting past

Quite a lot of rain forecast for the area today. And the general forecast for the rest of November shows no improvement. What a horrible autumn.
