I bought this book over Xmas and its been really interesting. Excercises are very basic but on some of them you hold for a minute and its amazing how sweaty it makes you. Particularly the ones stretching the spine even though they are simple. Mixes up Yoga and Gymnastics.

Surprised no one like swimming
My knee won't bend enough for cycling at the moment,I haven't run for 3 years since the break
I've just started going to the pool again and found a couple of slow stretching videos in a bid to loosen me up so I can get back on weights and build up to where was before screwing my leg up

I’d like to do more swimming I’m just not very good

. I do a bit of cycling and winter running (not in summer) and was in the gym but I kind of lost heart for the gym - it was £70 a month (yes!) and nothing special and by the time you've driven 6 miles there and 6 miles back its a bit of a time killer.

I've been thinking of welding my on pull up bar and sticking it on the side of a wall as I like the idea of it. To be able to do bodyweight excercises you need to be in good shape yeah?
What gym is that :wideyed:pcc sites are 22 a month

Might have been you, I was up on the yard so couldn't see properly. Soz about the cows, they can be so harsh.:stop:
They really hurt my feelings  to be fair it was just weird to see cows stand there and not run wild  the ones here go nuts if you just walk passed!

According to strava I was the only runner on that route today  but then others just might not use strava :ROFLMAO:

It was quite nice not to do the miles around abercastle and trefin hills
