Fitting air trailer braking to a tractor.

Sell it and buy one with air brakes already.

I was looking at tractors to buy and came across one which was a bit cheaper because it hadn't got them. Don't need air now, it's just a nice to have for contractor's silage trailers a couple of weeks max a year, so a tractor without would do me fine. I just wanted to know how dear/complex it would be to add if situation or rules changed.
