Fitting concrete panels in front of block wall

Have shed with block walls built within the steel stanchions. I want to fit concrete panels in front of the steel, ideally without knocking down the block walls. I could get a clip on the top of the second panel as that will be higher that the blocks. Can anyone recommend a way of fixing the panels back to the steel?

Weld a tee cut from a suitably sized rsj to the stanchion and drop bottom panel down against blocks, make tee high enough to retain bottom 200mm of top panel, and then clip the top of it.

In that case a tee covering top of bottom panel and bottom of top should suffice. 18inch long to cover 9 inch of each. Clip at top and possibly angle thunderbolted to floor at bottom if you think its necessary.

Would you make the T the full height of the bottom panel + 200mm?
I would, that way you will have loads of weld on the tee and it will be strong and keep the bottom panel in at the base.
Retaining only the bottom of the top panel reduces the headroom required to get it in, and you can install the top clip to hold the top back.

Sikaflex is what panel makers usually send, and they ought to be cheapest source for it.
Having thought some more, if you didn't want to mess with making a suitable tee section, you could obtain some universal beam into which your panel will slide comfortably, and weld that to your shed stanchions instead, it would mean the panel stood off the wall a tad, that's all.

All we did was drill through panel and block wall some long bolts and big washers on inside face. The corners had angle iron on inside face of gabel panel to inside face of side panel as well as rear.

Drill through the block wall. Then use long bolts and big washers and bolt the panel to the wall.
