Fixing rubber matting

What fixings do people use to hold rubber matting down on concrete? TIA

Stainless steel screws and a standard rawl plug, any other type of screw will break off

Stainless rawl plugs with stainless washers overhere. At least, I understand they are the thingies that look like screws but you whack then in with a hammer. The mats they walk on have a plug about every 50x50 cm, the ones they lay on are only fixed on one side with a stainless strip and a plug every 25 cm or so.

We use stainless steel split drive anchors and a washer.
