He just seems so layed back that hes lost atleast a years income ,but it saved hundeds of homes from disaster ,,by the time hes spent another 3 month on that digger ,he will have got the hang of it

Especially for a tenanted farm too.

Couldnt quite understand the saving of homes but though.....it seemed it was an accidental flood due to bank failure, rather than intentional to save homes.

He did look a little green-plenty of time to practice tho!

It’s good the water has dropped at least-most areas round here are as wet as ever this winter.

I think they would have pumped it out , if the river is tidal with salt it will take a long time before it grows things might need gypsum etc and ironically rainfall .
