We are undertaking a project in a flood zone. It appears we will now undertake a sequential test.

Has anyone done this? Any comments/costs/thoughts please?

Have you spoken to an architect or planning consultant yet?

@George from SJM Planning might be well placed to answer here too. Font of knowledge!
Thanks @Steevo, I hope I live up to your recommendation!

We use a Flood Risk Consultant to undertake sequential tests and assessments. The Environment Agency also have a (paid) pre-application advice service which can be invaluable especially as they will be the ones consulted on your application.

Thank you,

Its a little more complicated as its a tourism project so the EA won't be the only consideration for flooding in this instance. Ill keep your contact details to hand!
