How many seeds per hectare .? At 20 inch spacing

It says above that prices are per 50,000 seed box, which is for an acre, so 125,000 seeds per hectare. Plenty drilling at lower rates though, to get bigger beet and (possibly) high DM yield/ ha. I’m unconvinced on that, but it does save some seed cost obviously.

I was going to say 120,000 - 130,000 Seeds per ha (neilo has pitched in the middle). These figures will give you a target plant population of 90,000 - 100,000 plants per ha
