Its excellent I got one off Ebay although I got stung with customs charge! As was imported from USA I much prefer it to tapping the screen icon when bouncing about!

Have them fitted here. Wouldn’t be without them. Don’t usually have a spare hand to engage steering.

On combine one is holding the wheel and the the other the hydro lever.

When drilling one is the wheel the other lowering the drill.

Bought one recently from UK. Considered USA but customs and shipping meant it was probably similar priced and UK would be less hassle and easier for warranty.

It looks like the EZ-Steer has a totally different plus to the EZ-Pilot.

On EZ-Steer use pins 10 and 11 of the big middle connector on the T2 controller box for connecting the steering. Any "momentary" switch will do.

I personally like the EZ-Remote button stick better. On a CFX-750 U can have buttons for cameras etc. And if U ever need to nudge it is great.
And it also great with the old Ez_Guide 500.

One can also have both a foot pedal / switch and an EZ-Remote stick at the same time.

Any momentary on switch between pins 10 & 11 on the 25 pin connector on the T2 box will do the job. RS will sell you all the bits for not much money.

I take its the middle one on the t2 box as in picture I have a foot paddle which I got but it was for a pilot on a ez steer does it need power leads as well or just the three wires I can get my friend to

I bought a foot pedal on eBay for the EZ pilot realising it was not for EZ steer now I've got a foot paddle with three wires as in a picture I've got a friend who can get a connector to go into the middle of the T2 box I didn't know whether it needed any power cable to go to the switch whether it's just just connect to 3 wires up

Use a multi meter to test which 2 wires are connected together when the footswitch is press and disconnect when the footswitch is released. Those are the 2 wires you need to connect up - one to pin 10 one to pin 11 - it doesn’t matter which of those to wires goes to which pin. The third wire from the switch isn’t used at all.
