Sorry to bring up this old topic, but I think this is a fantastic opportunity for those interested in farming or investing in land. I understand that the beauty and benefits of the proposed site are impressive, but the price is steep, especially considering the lack of any structures on the property. It might be worth looking at similar offerings and comparing prices to get a more realistic picture.
