Up over, to, then along Raddon Top. (Which is Quite a high hill )
....that is up on The small clump of trees up on the horizon over the Farmhouse roof in the 2nd pic.

Last pic looks out from up the hill pretty much south towards the Exe valley, where there is some of the best arable land in the County.

Anyway,It's a Good farming area, good Red soil .(y)

That will be a dry farm mind..

Very popular walk at the top of the Hill, not sure if its on this farms land or the neighbours thou.

Plenty of very very rich very large farmers down that valley who will think nothing of paying £10/12k or even 15k acre for bare land.

Very surprised to see this farm for sale thou!

I've been up there once, when I was about 10 or so, following the hunt we were at the time, from the other side .

Its a sheep farm rather than a dairy unit to be honest. Can dry out quick but could run cows out 12 months
They would have to like climbing.

Hope our friends get a good sale, big opportunity they are going for. I love it when people "go for it"
