Forage Analysis

Who do you get to do your forage analysis?

Over the past couple of years I have tried- a feed company (said yes twice, but something more important always cropped up) two local ag merchants- one kept the samples in the fridge too long before sending them off so the results were meaningless, the other lost them.

The vets say offer it on their literature, but clearly don't very often as they aren't keen for the job by the way I keep being passed around.

Who does this reliably? I am willing to pay. Baled silage and crushed grape waste (particularly need results on the latter).

I think they just see a lad with a few young cattle and some ewes and decide their time is better spent chasing the dairy money.
