Forage box loader

Saw a clip from the show off a small forage box with a conveyor on the back off loading into a trailer it looked a good idea has anyone got a link to it or more information about it?

That seems to be it looks a good idea to me just I wounder if you’d get much in trailers with it not being packed in

Is that not sort of missing the point of a forage box system ? By adding another machine and tractor to the process ,------and then adding multiple forage boxes or trailers keep it moving constantly, ------ and then a big shovel on the pit to keep up with extra boxes or trailers --- and then bigger mower to keep up with extra output !!!

Well I think it saves diesel with the chopping system and increases output on long carts be a good replacement for a drag chopper I’d say

Could ever have it loading into a hgv on long carts.

And you could use it as a field chaser on maize or whole crop offloading into trucks ect il get one brought

Difficult to ensile/consolidate
Multiple wheelings
Buckrake under pressure from multiple trailers

II would try it in a big crop first rather than those lawn clippings they are picking up there

be OK if it was remote control, self propelled, self steering, trailers could just pull up get loaded and go, save a man and a tractor, perhaps there is already a driverless upgrade in the pipeline

If you could drive up the side and dock into it all it would need would be it’s own engine,have to think up a way to fill the trailer front to back.?

Be right fun loading a long side on a bank until the trailer catches the elevator, would be like a potato harvester elevator colliding with the harvest students trailer but 20x faster.....
