Forage Rape

Have a couple of fields surplus to requirements I know its normally charged out on a headage per week basis but really wanting to sell on a area basis.It was sown in May and looking well,but what to charge ?
Any suggestions on a fair price

If it was planted in May, will it not be getting a bit strong by now?:scratchhead:

Normally rape would be planted in May to be ready for weaning lambs, not for another 5 months of keep fr9m now.

Normally lambs would have been on it by now but they are still finishing straight off grass
