You can probably bore the block out a bit more and put a thicker liner in,thats the cheapest option.

do you mean bore out all 3 cylinders or just damaged cylinder?

But you have no way of knowing how bad the rest of the block is, the other two cylinders?
Remember this is at least the second repair ............
