Possibly a ford 4000 one, best to get it out and see what it is to be sure, could have many variations over time, due to extra load compared to a tractor.

It will almost certainly be a single shaft clutch similar to the 550s that came after it. The industrial versions didn't usually have live drive.

Iv got the clutch out where would I find a new one iv looked on the Internet but there's loads of different ones how do I know which one it is ? Thanks

Measure the diameter, count the splined. 10 spline?

You might work out the part numbers from this,although it doesn't mention the 4550,it's the only diagram that looks the same in the CNH parts pages. Try cross referencing them into Sparex,Kramp, QTP etc.......

How worn is the fly wheel as the paddles dont look to bad
Can you show a photo of the fly wheel face and the cover plate face
Was there any spacers between the cover plate and the fly wheel
