FORD 5000 top link draft

As in the picture seems the threads have gone on both ends is it a big job to repair?

Any tips welcome

Did it have a dip in a slurry lagoon?:whistle: Might need washed first!
You need the lid off to get at the roll pin that retains the control rod.That top pin looks like it'll be siezed on the top link brackets.Slacken the big retaining nut before lid removal too.
