3 furrow reversible.14 " would be best.
Might be an idea to post this in the competition ploughing topic.
Edit again: maybe 2 furrows for competition ploughing?

Width of. Furrow bottom has little to do with furrow width. It is actually to do with share width and body throw.
Although it is connected, in that you can use wider shares with a wider furrow. However you can get away with wider shares on the narrower furrow if they are available and they do not extend too close to the previous furrow wall as you need to leave a. Hinge.
Be aware that only certain bodies are allowed for certain classes, think vintage must be no later than YL or SCN
Also be aware I am using the East Anglian terminology for shares and points as opposed to shares and wings I was bought up with :)

Ploughed many an acre with our veteran Ford5600 with 4 12" KV no 3 bodies, you'll be fine with 3, though 2 will be easier to set rig and complete finish at matches. I'd go scn rather than ucn by choice for match work. Two 12" furrows, set tractor wheel centres to 56 rather than 60", much easier.

The 6700 and 6710 ,2 and 4wd were the same 4 cylinder 82 ish hp engine that was in the 6600/6610.
The 7700/7710 was the 4 cylinder turbo rated @ 98-104 HP ( depending on year) same as the 7600/7610.
If your 6710 has a turbo, it has either had a turbo retro fitted or a 4 cylinder turbo engine fitted at some point in its life. Quite commonly done as the extra weight of the 700 series compared to the 6 and 00 series made them underpowered for their size. As for which plough is best I have no idea .

Okay this is why I have problems with putting it on the road I come with 6710 stickers so I presumed it was one so if it is a standard 6710 what hp will it have with the turbo added.. If I is another tractor or different engine how can I tell there is codes stamped on the block will that help or who can I contact?.

I think the blocks will look very similar, I wouldent know if the casting numbers are different, re the injection pump all the 4 cylinders changed from an inline to a rotary injection pump with the late series 2 early series 3 with only the 6 cylinder tractors keeping an inline pump.
I would imagine it would be about the 100 engine/ 88 pto HP with the turbo, but it depends on how much the fuel screw has been screwed !!! Personally I wouldent worry whether it is a 6710 with a turbo engine or a 7710, you have a 100 HP tractor. On my fords there is a sticker under the bonnet with the engine gearbox axle numbers, don't know where it is located on a 700 series, but take the numbers to an old school ford/newholland dealer, they might be able to tell you what you have.
