Should be a transmission control relay in the fuse box. Think it is a large red/orange one. If you can get a known good one to swap with to try...

I think it was IX that failed on my 8240 at the time. Lost transmission and hydraulics and it was definately a large red relay that failed.Don't recall the screen not working but it was quite a while ago...

I hope is that one. Not realy i know how to test it. But it smell bad. I will try to find a specelist tomorrow. To check it. :)

Thanks Agrimax. It was that relay.
Now tractor drives. Have E19 and E24 fault codes. After releasing the clutch pedal, tractor jump and start drive but just Few meters E19 start flash and gear gone. Need restart engine to drive again...

E19 is dump solenoid open or short circuit or c3/C4 pressure switch open circuit.
E24 is c3/C4 clutch packs not calibrated.
You may need to get the transmission oil up to operating temperature and try and calibrate the packs

But first maybe need fix that E19 fault. :) And try to calibrate. But for it i need special swich...
Need to get it from somewhere. Thanks again for the hellp :)

You don't need the special switch to calibrate C3/C4. You can do an auto calibrate by pressing the right buttons etc. Have you a manual for the tractor?
You need to go over the wiring harness, especially under the cab floor inspection hatch and the control valve on the side of the transmission.(the control solenoids are internal on the back of the side plate/control valve... In case you don't know).

Yes. I have a manual. Now i read, and you a right. I not need a special swich. :)
One more think.
Tractor do not show on the screen engine revs, PTO speed. can't find anythink about it..
Alternator charge 13.7V. Thank you :)

Check and clean/repair the alternator wire connections. 13.7V is not high enough either.Really needs to be closer to 14.4V. Both engine revs and pto speed are read from the alternator.

Agrimax. I have a question.
Fault code E24. I try to calibrate C3-C4. But fault U28 come up. What it mean "C3 Calibration is too high. The maxi￾mum test pressure was reached with￾out causing the engine speed to de￾crease by 50 rev/min. "
Than you :)

I have not got much time as doing a show at Rochford, Essex today but the processor allows oil pressure to build up in a clutch pack until the plates are starting to bite which in turns slows engine down by 50rpm that is then recorded and used by processor when changing gear, as a temporary measure you can fool the processor by taking note of number that is shown when it stops the calibration, do it again but this time but about 10 less shown, pull and hold a spool valve this will slow engine down, it's not a fix but may get you mobile again, will try and give more info tomorrow.

Good morning boys. @agrimax , @forblue
I was a bit off from the ford. Now come back.
I checked a presure. And not realy undarstand cluch pedal presure C3/C2
After tractor start in neutral. Is the presure must be in C3/C2 ? (See picture Table 2)
Thanks

Let me ask you don't worry about what you are reading no good unless you have at least 2 gauges connected but ideal 4, if you are getting fault codes that is telling you there is a problem, try a temporary fixd calibrate again and make note of number just before u28 shows, do it again but this time just before switch off pull a remote lever to fool the processor it may be jerky to drive but if no other fault codes show the problem is worn plates in C3/4.

@forblue Thanks for the advice. It helped to calibrate the gearbox. (No more fault codes)but the problem remained. when the clutch is released half way,the tractor moves (feels like gear box connect with the weels) but does not drive. when the clutch is released fully it starts moving fully. I take side cover off. And try to blow air in to cluch, (see picture)plates move. But air is leaking somewhere. It mean plates are worn ?
Thanks Again for the help :)

Air pressure no good, if plates move do they close up, L/P oil is 17-19bar and it is designed to to do what you call leak that's why i said use gauges.
