Ford part number identification

Bit of a long shot.
Had a machine come in for repair and it looks like they’ve used a ford (presumably) Lorry crown wheel and pinion as a 90def gearbox.
Managed to find a part no off the crown wheel
fomoco C5NN-4210-F
Manufacturers only want to sell the whole gearbox for many £££££. Hoping if I can identify the diff we might pick up the correct axle from a scrap yard

Shows as 4630 with a Ratio 3.50:1 to me.

12" to outsides.
Looks like it may have been fitted to some 3 cyl tractors 1990 onwards

Must it be 12” like for like?

Could you get away with fitting a 9” crown wheel and change the output shaft fixing. Not ideal, just trying to think out of the box.

It's driving a 6ft trenching wheel so for now I don't think modifications are an option

Fair play. Probably why it’s got a couple of chipped teeth. Quite a bit of torque and limited lube?

Where did you fid that? I've had half an hour on google and didn't find much other than it's for a tractor rather than lorry

C5NN indicates that it's a tractor part (NN)
first released for production in 1965
C stands for the 60s, D for 70s etc plus the second digit is the year
Probably originally meant to fit a 4000
