Ford ranger locking nut key

Some oaf has tightened the locking nuts so tight I've broken the key that undoes them , anyone know where I can source another please , it's my old ranger 2003 xlt .

Do alloys get pinched anymore, son had a blow out and couldn't find his key ended up trailering it to the seat dealers as the tyre company couldn't do anything. The dealer brought out two boxes of keys and it was the last one that fitted, so slacked them all off and put in a normal set of bolts.

Doubt it, it'll be quicker and easier just to take the whole car nowadays. :wideyed:

Not hard to bypass, usually sledge on a good quality black six sided socket that's too small and wind it out with that.

Which I've seen them doing at local tyre shop. Evidently a regular job with a local garage sending vehicles for wheel lock removal once over. Why garage couldn't do this themselves as all you need is a hammer and impact socket.
