Great tractors the 699 used one in the eighties made a lovely noise pulling a 3 metre Vicon mower conditioner.

Im still sure your a closet DB fan.....you cant go a day without talking about them....

but then, with your fleet of tractors id be envious of what everyone else has too....
What is there to be envious about?:scratchhead: My 4000 has done triple the hours your 1594 has done, never had the engine/gearbox/final drives apart ever, you can't say that about the 1594 can you!

the price they manged to sell that for you could have bought 2 fords and a spare engine

says a lot....but then you would need the spare engine without a doubt
Money spent on that 1594 would be better spent on a Fiat. Why would you need a spare engine for?, thats a bit like saying for the 1594 you need a spare oil pump drive, hydrashift transmission and a rear diff....question is whats going to break first:whistle:

Anyway should you not be packing your bag for your holidays
Remember not to take too many workshop manuals for bedtime reading :D

sad when you have so little to do in your life that you spend it trying to wind others up......quite pathetic really. Wonder who his next target will be, when im not here
