Fordson dexta diff lock

My 1962 super dexta diff lock hasn’t worked while I’ve had it. You can tell the Pedal doesn’t engage anything and doesn’t come back up like it should, any ideas what it could be?

Have you checked to see if roll pin through crank arm is ok if it moves the shaft then its internal, which means turret housing off and check linkage or diff, easy enough as even turret housing is light compared to bigger models............
