From what I've been told, they're cheap for a reason. What do you want to know? What model are you looking at buying?

The thing is that I will have to replace my old 2006 SaMASZ 2.10 for something new... for the next hay season.
I'm looking for K 205 disc mower, because I'm using Claas Elios 210.

And also ... K-205 is much lighter to carry (approx 400 kg) than SaMASZ 2.10 (approx 660kg). It sure "rings" a bell due to this large difference in weight. The price is also affordable.
In total we cut grass on approx 25 acres

Keep a eye out for a tidy used PZ out of season .Never had much bother with them unless blades and belts are now problem to get . What HP will you be firing at the mower ?

You won't go wrong with any mower if you're only cutting 25 acres. The resale value on Fransgard machines is terrible down here, with such a small area to mow I'd be hesitant to sink so much money into a new machine that isn't going to hold its value with age. A tidy second hand machine would probably be a better investment.

Cant go wrong with the K205. Runs a Comer Industries cutting deck. (Like most mowers at this price level) as standard they are fitted with a universal blade but you might want to swap them for a cranked style blade depending on how heavy your crop is.
